Founded by Billy Evans in 2020, with the help of his wife in choosing their name 21st Vintage Tattoo was born.

Billy Evans has been tattooing for 11 years and is well diverse in all styles. Working hard, he created one of the largest and only 5 star shop in the High Desert which was no easy task.

The shops main goal is to make everyone feel at home, making sure to give you the greatest tattooing experience possible. We pride our selves in hiring multifaceted artist bringing you a unique selection of art to choose from. Soon we will be franchising in other states bringing everyone what we feel is the perfect tattoo experience!
